Approaches to the Effective Use of Limited Computing Resources in Multimedia Applications in the Educational Institutions
Abstract— Existing approaches to the use of computing resources is not efficiently for educational
institutions. Modern multimedia services require significant computing power, which are not
always available. In our investigation, we introduce an approach that allows more efficient use of
limited resources by dynamically scheduling the distribution of data streams at several levels:
between the physical computing nodes, virtual machines, and multimedia applications with use
cloud computing.
