A Novel Algorithm of DS Evidence Fusion Based on Closeness Degree

Abstract— Based on the concept of the closeness degree of fuzzy set, this paper proposes the closeness degree of evidence to measure the similarity between evidences, the closeness matrix and credibility degree are defined by closeness degree of evidence, the weight coefficient of each evidence is obtained by normalizing the credibility degree of evidence, then a novel algorithm of DS evidence fusion is obtained. Some numerical examples and comparisons of this paper demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm
